Every purchase includes dimensioned floor plans, elevations, a site plan template and general construction notes as a print-ready PDF. Editable CAD files are available as an add-on if you or your designer want to modify the layout. Delivery is automatic. The plan set lands in your inbox as soon as payment clears.

What still needs a local professional

No stock plan anywhere in Australia can be lodged for a permit exactly as sold, and anyone claiming otherwise is overselling. Your plan needs adapting to your specific block (setbacks, orientation, soil classification, wind and bushfire ratings) and it needs site-specific structural engineering plus an energy assessment. That work is done by a local building designer, engineer and energy assessor.
