Because scope genuinely varies. A three-bedroom cottage and a two-storey commercial tenancy are very different jobs, and travel distance matters too. We quote per job so you're not paying for someone else's complexity.
Do you cover commercial buildings?
Yes. Commercial measure-ups are quoted on scope, including multi-storey and multi-tenancy floor plates.
Is this the same as a land survey?
No. This is a drafting measure-up for design purposes, not a licensed land or boundary survey. If you need legal boundary positions, engage a licensed land surveyor.
